What is architectural Rendering?

3D architectural rendering is an essential tool for today’s architects, property developers and private home builders and renovators. Using high end software like ,3D Maya, 3D Studio Max and V-Ray, our artists are able to create virtual buildings, homes, neighbourhoods, and even cities, long before they’re actually built.

The advantage of being completely virtual, is that it’s possible to make changes in lighting and weather conditions, paint or textures, enabling the client to visualize the final product. 3D architectural rendering is a convenient and adaptable tool that can be used with enormous power in the building and architectural industry.

The real estate industry is just as excited about 3D architectural rendering as architects. Because of architectural rendering, real estate agents are able to show their customers several buildings in a fairly short amount of time. The growth of this industry has created a great need skilled illustrators and renderers.

The need for 3D architectural rendering is obvious, and it will certainly be around for a long time.

What is mechanical modeling?

Mechanical CAD Design and 3D modeling requires innovation, creativity and skill.

3D Modeling is the construction, manipulation, and storage of geometric objects to represent objects that are all around us or virtual objects. The 3D modeling is done in Solid works. AutoCAD or Inventor and final visualization or animation is done in 3D Max.

3D PANACHE has an experienced, skilled team of 3D design CAD experts and mechanical design engineers. Our mechanical engineers can create 3D models by using the latest standards and techniques in 3D modeling. We can create a new 3D model from just an idea or a concept or convert existing 2D mechanical design to 3D model.

Mechanical modeling can be used for product development, prototypes of new products or for visualization of your product. Unlike many other companies we do SOLID modeling as opposed to surface modeling or wire frame models.

How long does it take?

Most 3D projects can be completed within two weeks. When you contact us for an estimate, we will give you a personalized quote and an estimated time schedule for your job. 3D PANACHE prides itself on meeting your requirements in a timely manor. However we are artists and the best work is never the rushed jobs!

Can I have my furniture catalogue modeled with 3d rendering?

Yes, you can! Creating 3d models of furniture and then putting them into a room setting, is a much cheaper way of presenting your products compared with arranging a photo-shoot.

We create the furniture model in 3d. This model can then be used in any setting, even in the customers own environment. The materials can be changed with ease, thus, interior designers will use your products to visualize their final design. Many of the large furniture manufacturers have CAD models of their furniture products on their web sites for free download. Obviously this encourages architects and interior decorators to use their designs.

What is Architectural Rendering?

Also known as photo-real renderings, complex 3d modeling and rendering software is used to create life-like images. These are normally done for presentation, marketing and design analysis purposes. Architectural 3D models are to the right proportion, scale and even use real life textures, materials, colour and finishes. Photoreal renderings come in various types specific to their particular use:

Still renderings
Walk through and fly by animations (movie)
Virtual Tours
Panoramic Renderings
Light and Shadow study renderings
Renovation Renderings (photomontage) Placing your building into the existing surrounds
3D floor plans

3D photoreal renderings play major role in real estate sales. It also makes possible to take design related decisions well before the building is actually built. Thus it helps experimenting with building design and its visual aspects.

What is 3d rendering?

Rendering is the process of generating an image from a model, by means of computer programs. The model is a description of three-dimensional objects in a strictly defined language or data structure. It would contain geometry, viewpoint, texture, lighting, and shading information. The image is a digital image or raster graphics image. The term may be by analogy with an "artist's rendering" of a scene. 'Rendering' is also used to describe the process of calculating effects in a video editing file to produce final video output.

Whats the difference between 2D and 3D graphics and rendering?

What Makes a Picture 3-D?

A picture that has or appears to have height, width and depth is three-dimensional (or 3-D).

A picture that has height and width but no depth is two-dimensional (or 2-D).

What do we ask from prospective and existing clients to create a 3D model or rendering?

Rough Hand sketches, PDF files, JPEG scans and photographs with indicated dimensions are needed. CAD files need to be in DXF or DWG file format. Similar inputs are required for sectionals; floor and roof plans and elevations are required. We request for final freezed plan to enable timely delivery.

How long does it take to produce a walkthrough / flythrough / 3D Model / rendering?

Depending upon project size, complex detailing, length, the production time is determined.

What if the plans are not final and may require designing?

You just have to let us know about that so that the same could be included while giving you a quote for a walkthrough/ 3D model/ rendering.

Is there any limit of email size for data sending / data transfer?

For smaller data, 10 MB per transmission is the limit while services of free file transfer service can be availed through www.yousendit.com wherein you can transfer 1 GB data.

Alternatively we can setup an FTP account for you on our server.

What are the charges for your services?

Each project is completely different hence require varied resources in terms of infrastructure, software and skilled manpower hence you need to ask for formal quote which can be given to you after checking the job content.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Transfer, draft, cheques for your convenience.

Are your finished renderings suitable for print media?

Yes, our renderings have been used in a variety of print media. Depending on size requirements, we can provide images up to 300 dpi and in a variety of formats. Simply let us know what format your printer prefers and we can email directly.

Can your renderings be utilized in billboard and kiosk applications?

Yes, our renderings have been used in both Billboard and Kiosk advertising.

Do you work for other 3D company?

Yes, but our preference remains to deal directly with clients /3d outsourcing companies.
